What WaFlow charges, and what Meta charges
Your WaFlow plan covers automated support, analytics, and AI replies. WhatsApp message delivery is a separate Meta charge.
A WaFlow subscription and a WhatsApp message are not the same bill. Mixing them up is how a local business thinks the software is expensive, when the surprise line item is actually Meta.
What WaFlow bills
WaFlow charges for the product: automated support on WhatsApp, analytics, and the AI replies included in your plan. That is the monthly subscription. It does not include the cost of each message Meta delivers.
Plan limits, such as how many AI replies you can send in a month, are part of that subscription. They are not Meta’s per-message rate.
What Meta bills
Meta charges your business separately when it delivers messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform. The amount depends on the message category and the country of the person you are messaging. WaFlow does not set that price, collect it, or add a markup.
Rates change. The current card is on Meta’s own pricing pages, which we also link from the Terms of Service.
How to read an invoice
If a charge is on your WaFlow invoice, it is the subscription. If a charge shows up in Meta Business Suite or on the billing method attached to your WhatsApp Business account, it is Meta’s message fee. One does not pay the other.
